Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your BPI account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned products, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
